Feedback & support
Report a problem or send an idea directly from the authenticated Codenskills app.
Every authenticated Codenskills page has a Send feedback action near the bottom of the sidebar. On a narrow screen, it appears at the end of the app navigation. The form opens over your current page, so you do not lose your place while describing a problem or idea.
Send a message
Choose one of three message types:
- Something isn't working — report a broken or unexpected workflow.
- Idea — suggest an improvement.
- Other — send product feedback that does not fit the first two choices.
Enter at least 10 characters and select Send feedback. Your Codenskills account and active workspace are associated with the message so the team can reply to your account email and understand which workspace was in use. Feedback is a support channel; it does not appear in your governance notification bell or workspace Activity log.
If an authenticated page shows Something went wrong, select Report this problem to open the same form with the problem type and error reference ready.
Technical context
Include technical context is enabled by default and can be turned off. When enabled, Codenskills includes only:
- the current app path, without search parameters;
- browser identification;
- deployment environment and release commit when available;
- the bounded error reference when opened from an error screen.
The feedback form does not attach screenshots, files, skill packages, access keys, other form values or page search parameters. The message is stored before email delivery, so a temporary mail-provider problem does not discard it.
To prevent abuse, an account can send up to five feedback messages per hour.
