Access & commercial terms

Company provisioning, licensed capacity and the Codenskills commercial lifecycle.

Codenskills is one enterprise product for company Workspaces. There is no public Personal plan, Team-free tier or self-serve Workspace creation. Signing in does not create product access.

Requesting access

Email notifications@codenskills.com with your company name, expected number of named users and the AI clients you need to connect. Codenskills agrees the commercial terms, creates the Workspace and invites its first Owner.

Company pilot provisioning and self-serve paid activation will be introduced after the production foundation is validated. Until then, no public page asks for a card or promises an automatically activated pilot.

Licensed capacity

Capacity applies to named people, not connected AI clients. Active members and, where the agreement specifies it, pending invitations consume capacity. Owners and admins manage members inside the same company Workspace.

Hosted connectors and direct MCP clients are access channels. They do not become extra seats and they never bypass the signed-in user's role, groups or grants.

Commercial lifecycle

The approved lifecycle is pilot → active → grace → suspended → terminated. Those states will be activated only with the corresponding Workspace lifecycle, seat enforcement, Stripe events and recovery paths. A Workspace is not silently converted into a free tier.

Fees, billing cycle, taxes, licensed capacity, pilot duration, renewal and termination are defined by the applicable Order Form or customer agreement. Billing details are visible only to authorized Workspace administrators.
